Are your plushies limited?
Some plushies may be available in limited quantities. Once certain designs sell out, they may not return.

How long does order processing take?

How long does shipping take?

Will I receive tracking information?

Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
What items are non-returnable?

custom or personalized items
items damaged after delivery due to misuse or normal wear

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not already been processed or shipped.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are not guaranteed because some collectible plushies may have limited stock. Contact us and we’ll let you know what options are available.
What if my package says delivered but I can’t find it?
