At Charmcade Plushies, we want you to love your order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

unused

in their original condition

in the original packaging

free of damage caused after delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

used or opened items

sale or clearance items

limited edition or mystery items

custom or personalized items

items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper handling

Because many of our products are collectible items, all returns must arrive back in resellable condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email us at charmcadeplushies@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

your order number

a description of the issue

clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges because collectible items may have limited stock. If you would like a replacement, please contact us and we will let you know if one is available.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

To request a cancellation, email charmcadeplushies@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Charmcade Plushies is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also email us at charmcadeplushies@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist.

Return Address

Please do not send returns back without contacting us first. Return instructions and the return address will be provided by email after your request is reviewed.
