Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

During busy periods, new drops, holidays, or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

United States: 1-14 business days after shipment

International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

From time to time, we may offer shipping promotions such as free shipping on qualifying orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a little time for the tracking information to update after the label is created.

Delays

Charmcade Plushies is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

the postal carrier

weather

customs

holidays

incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

other circumstances outside of our control

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, we may not be able to change it once the order has been processed.

Charmcade Plushies is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

Once a package has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier first. You can also email us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
